Join us for one of Connecticut’s most inspiring and uplifting events—Hike to the Mic 2026—taking place August 29th–30th atop the stunning Heublein Tower summit on Talcott Mountain. This two-day celebration of live music, local art, food, and community brings together hundreds of hikers and music lovers for a truly unforgettable mountaintop experience.
As one of only two major annual fundraisers for the Friends of Heublein Tower, Hike to the Mic directly supports the organization’s ongoing work to preserve, restore, and interpret the historic Heublein Tower and its surrounding parkland.

Enjoy a diverse lineup of talented musicians performing at the summit, explore food and beverage options from local vendors, and take in the early fall beauty of the Farmington Valley—all while hiking a moderate 1.25-mile trail to the top.
This family-friendly, pet-welcome event blends the best of Connecticut’s natural and cultural life into one high-spirited weekend.
